Limes-Taylor Consulting & Advising operates as a coaching, guidance, and/or education service and not as a professional therapy service, nor as a professional medical, legal, tax, or financial service.

10. Payments

You are responsible for paying for our Services either in full or through an applicable Limes-Taylor Consulting & Advising payment plan, and using a valid payment method. If your payment is declined, returned or fraudulent, your will not be able to access our Services in the previous manner at least until all payments are made in full. We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or Service access due to multiple missed payments.

11. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all items and programs purchased are 100% non-refundable. We consider opening chargeback disputes after a Services purchase as credit card fraud, and we will treat it as such to the fullest extent of the law, including any provisions in these Terms.

12. Termination

Limes-Taylor Consulting & Advising may terminate any programs or services at any time, in part or in full, if these terms are breached.

13. Choice of Law

These Terms and any disputes regarding our Site & Services are governed by the law of the state of Georgia. You and we agree to submit to the courts of the state of Georgia and that the state of Georgia has jurisdiction over the matter.

14. Dispute Resolution

Your use of our Site & Services means that you agree that any disputes arising from their use will be addressed and resolved according to these Terms, unless otherwise explicitly stated through another Limes-Taylor Consulting & Advising contractual agreement. If you have a dispute, you agree to contact us to get matter resolved. If the matter is not resolved after that, you agree to waive all rights to a jury trial and/or participation in a class action suit, and you agree to submit the matter for binding arbitration.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify against and hold harmless Limes-Taylor Consulting & Advising, our employees, and our representatives from any legal action or claim related to use of the Site & Service, your breach of our Term, and/or other policies linked in this agreement.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is adjudged unenforceable or invalid, the rest of these Terms' provisions will still maintain their full force of the law.
